Déçu de voir que nous avons payé plus du double du prix pour devoir faire la file à la caisse afin que Tiqets empoche la différence, 14,90€ le prix sur place et nous avons payé avec soi disant une réduction 39€ par personne.. ce fut la dernière fois que je passe via Tiqets

Very disappointed 😞 my booking slot was changed without further notice, changed from 14:00 to 10:00 which was absolutely absurd. I showed up 30min earlier met with a guide called Cleo, she was very helpful to contact customer support on my behalf. Customer support made us to aware that the booking time was changed to 10:00 am without notification. I was reassured to get back a full refund which i'm still waiting for. I ended up buying tickets from a ticket stall at the tower.

Such a must to do for anybody. We found it no issue with having booked through this app. We travelled an hour to Paris, Found the car park very easy. Found where we need to meet the guide then had a spot of lunch. Our time came to meet the guide. She was so nice, Very knowledgeable. As a family we don’t usually do tour guides but this has changed our minds. The Eiffel Towel is such an amazing structure. We chose steps which was ok for us as a family. BE careful as a man did fall into my son walking up the steps to try and pick pocket him but we were prepared and he had his phone zipped into his pocket. I just said - Nice try. Apart from that an amazing adventure for a family of 4.

We had an very good tour guide, very nice! His name was Hendrik.

Abbiamo fatto 5min di ritardo e anche provando a contattare telefonicamente più volte per avere info, ma il gruppo era già entrato... siamo entrati autonomamente ai controlli e poi siamo riusciti a recuperare il gruppo alle seconde file interne prima della biglietteria...
