The meet-up arrangements were clear and helpful. Our guide was excellent.

When needed to contact somebody from Your company in regards to our Eiffel Tower tour and we’re unable to reach anybody there was no assistance in no help. We had a medical emergency and there was no one to talk to. Very disappointed.

La primera vez reservé incorrectamente una fecha y me comentaron que no había cambios ni devoluciones después de pagar, así que perdí mi dinero. Como ven no es muy barato que digamos perder boleto para la torre Eiffel. Volví a pagar para la fecha correcta y resulta que ni siquiera tenían los boletos comprados. Tuvimos que hacer la fila larga de casi una hora junto con el guía para que él pagara los boletos. No entiendo porque si no tiene los boletos ya comprados no se puede hacer la devolución del dinero, ya que pagas caro para no tener que llegar a hacer esa fila.

The Eiffel Tower tour was the highlight of my and my 8 year old daughter’s trip to Paris. Our tour guide Deepal was friendly and helpful, expediting us through the queue at security, and full of interesting facts and tips so that we got the most out of our experience. She even kindly gave my daughter a Euro for the telescope when I didn’t have any coins. Highly recommend.

Our guide was wonderful, very informative, knowledgeable and entertaining.
