I bought the the tickets online from tigets for Sunday October 5, 3025. I showed up to the exploratorium’s I was told it was closed for a private event. I reached out and asked for a refund…I was supposed to get an email. I have still to hear from tigets.

I need to know how to buy as a person with disability

I wanted to buy membership. The admission tickets could not be used for membership purchase. Therefore I had pay full price for membership purchase.

Lot of science experiments for kids to enjoy and

Not a good experience. Had to wait in line at the exploratorium to exchange the tickets to real tickets. Chaos in the museum. Too many tickets sold. Couldn’t participate in the exhibits due to too many people.

Took our 10 yr old grandson and had a wonderful time!! He could grasp the concepts behind what he was seeing. Where else can you go and let them touch everything!! Got there at opening (10am) and didn't leave until 4pm!!
