Pilar 7 Bridge Experience:

the elevator was not working. the movie about construction of the bridge was closed (apparently to allow the elevator to be fixed). the fact that the bridge authority has tried to make the project available to the public is great, but it is unfortunate that the experience was marred by items not working. I also had some technical questions about the bridge, and the people in the front office were ill-equipped to answer them.

This place’s elevator has been under repair for the past 2 years after we got there. The attendant was surprised that you are still selling tickets. She helped me texting to your company for refund and the fact that you overcharged us since the elevator is broken. No one was there. I emailed you as well since then and still no response so far.
