We loved the self guided tour, and found it really interesting to go at our own pace. It was very informative, and well presented. We also loved our tasting at the end! The woman who 'greeted us' and poured our wines was obviously having a bad day as she was curt, abrupt, and appeared to have been tasting vinegar with wasps in. She had the customer service skills of a honeybadger. The young man was as contrasting as it was possible to be, with a genuine nature and a friendly attitude. Would highly recommend the Cellar but perhaps take a bribe or at least brace yourself with some thermals for the 'welcome'.
