They didn't let us in exactly at our appointment time but it was worth the trip, we loved it. The souvenir photos should have been included in the price, which was surprising. The kids loved it and had so much fun. The icecream was amazing. The staff were very friendly and sweet. I recommend it to everyone.

Very good experience

We had a great time, we were late and still was able to enjoy our time. The staff were amazing. We enjoyed the ice cream, it was just a great spring break outing for the kids.

Not being from the area, we were unprepared for the extreme traffic and backups. We were late getting to the Museum of Ice Cream and the tickets are non-refundable. Not happy that we couldn't adjust our arrival time. If it wasn't for the kind staff at the Museum ( they adjusted out entrance time) we would have lost our money and not been able to visit the museum.
