Extensive and fascinating collections from most parts of the world, which are contextualized by putting them into their proper historical context. Too bad that the lighting is often insufficient to properly see the objects and photograph them without flash.

Geweldig mooi museum. We zijn eerst naar "tijd voor Papoea" geweest. Prachtig! Daarna de rest van het museum gaan ontdekken. Mooie locatie.

heel mooi alles zo bijelkaar per land, geloof enz. Nieuw Guinea (Irian Jaya, Papua) weet niet hoe het nu heet, vond ik heel interessant. Schoon en zo mooi

I am a first time traveler in Leiden, NL. I really liked thr presentation of the museum. It's well organized and have screens and digital bibliography of everything. It's a bit unfortunate I didn't see the Indonesian part because they're having an event soon in the area.
