The Campanile is a brief but wonderful experience in Venice and I recommend it. The elevator is quick and the views at the top are beautiful. We did not do the 3D museum (the teenagers in our group were not interested). I tried to purchase tickets directly from the official Campanile website and was redirected to Tiquets. After I purchased the tickets online, I found out that I would have to pick up the tickets in Venice from a ticket office. It was inconvenient and stressful to have to rush from St. Mark’s to another location to pick up the Campanile tickets. We bought both tickets through Tiquets but had to go to two separate locations to pick up the actual tickets. We had a busy day (on top of the crowds in Venice) and the ticket situation made it even more busy and stressful. Customers need to be able to purchase tickets easily through the website and go straight to the site (ie Campanile, St Marks) rather than going to different locations throughout the city to pick up the physical tickets. I would NOT recommend purchasing tickets this way.

Déplorable !! C'est noté billet envoyé par mail, or il faut aller dans une agence un peu plus loin pour échanger le bon. Entrée plus chere, ce n'est pas un billet coupe file. Il faut respecter l'heure à la minute près. Les gens prenaient leur billet et entraient immédiatement, il a fallu que j'attende 30 minutes mon horaire alors qu'il y avait personne.
