Mon billet n’était plus valide, il était valide que 30 jours après la date d’achat et on m’a laissé faire l’achat bien plus tôt malgré ça…Aucun remboursement possible pour reprendre un autre billet…j’ai payé pour absolument rien

I was disappointed that I could NOT get the audio app to work. I tried every number on the ticket and confirmation email with the code and my email address. It would not work.

De tickets zijn heel erg overpriced, wij hadden tickets voor kinderen en studenten, op deze site 7 en 9 euro pp moeten betalen + boekingskosten, er stond daar geen lange rij en de kaartjes kostten daar 0 en 2 euro, je kan het beter bij de Mamertijnse gevangenis zelf kopen, is een stuk goedkoper. Zou hier niet weer tickets kopen

Dit museum is niet de moeite waard! Heel klein, weinig informatie en de balie medewerkers waren ook zeer onvriendelijk. Slechte ervaring!

We had a difficult time finding the ticket office and when we did there was a very long line. You need to have your whole party with you and show documents to have this experience whether you have purchased tickets or not. That was not included on the instructions. Once we got through that and to the prison, we only had 5 minutes to spend there. Regardless the prison experience itself was amazing and I highly recommend going.
