We arrived prior the start of our tour only to be told our tour time had to be changed. The guide told me I was sent an email with this notice, but I never received any such email. I was greatly disappointed that I did not get to see the gallery and was told by the guide that I would receive a full refund for the tour. I am still waiting for the refund.

Guide was late to give us tickets but otherwise fine

Dat was een fantastische ervaring. Omdat ik mijn voet gekneusd had en naar het ziekenhuis moest, kwam ik met 30mn vertraging naar Galleria Borghese.Ik mocht desondanks binnen en kreeg een rolstoel. Ik werd bij de lift vriendelijk geholpen. Het personeel was fantastisch en de Galerie is zo prachtig.. de park is ook een kunstwerk.. een onvergetelijke ervaring!
