Помпеи, Геркулануэм и Везувий: Билеты на пропуск очереди + перелет туда и обратно из Неаполя

Globalement, nous avons passé une bonne journée hormis l’arrivée au Vésuve et c’est pourquoi je baisse la note : nous étions 4 (2adultes et 2enfants) et l’agence nous a donné 4 horaires de tickets différents pour l’entrée (1ticket à 12h30, 2 à 13h30 et 1 à 14h30). Je m’en suis rendue compte à l’entrée quand on nous a refusé l’entrée à 4. Nous devions donc attendre 40 min pour passer à 4 alors que le bus nous attendait 2h après… Nous avons tenté de nous arranger avec une autre famille du groupe (échange de billets) mais à l’entrée du Vésuve, peu aimable, ils n’ont pas apprécié… on s’est fait sermonner et nous avons été contraints d’attendre tous 40 min alors même que nous avions plusieurs billets qui auraient permis de rentrer. L’interlocuteur de l’agence sur place n’a rien pu faire… et s’est également fait sermonner pour sa mauvaise gestion … donc attention aux horaires de billets que l’on vous donne pour le Vésuve ... Sinon le reste tout va bien.

Basically - all that we paid was ONLY for the bus trips from one place to another! No maps they gave us worked - we had to get the FREE map from the ticket office & told there was food at stops - and all there was a vending machine with wsrm soft drinks & stale sandwiches? ALSO - the girl from Aboiut Vesuvio Company GAVE HERSELF a 5 star rating using my phone? NOT GOOD & would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone to use this company! POOR effort except for bus rides & we could have gotten taxis for less than the tickets for 3 of us? Unfortunately we were disappointed at Herculaneum & Pompeii - our highlight was walking ourselves up Mt Vesuvius! How dare a tour person give her own company a 5 star review using my phone??!! She thought I didn’t see it - I did see her do it and then close the link! I wonder how many people she has done that with on THEI CUSTOMER’S phone???? So sad that she is like that? 🥲🥲😞

Het vervoer was prima geregeld. Het bezoek aan herculaneum en pompei viel tegen. Je kreeg een Qr - code om te downloaden als je uitleg wou. Slecht internet dus werkte niet... in pompei kregen we een audio gids maar deze werkte vaak niet omdat deze niet geupdatet zijn. Dat gaven ze achteraf toe... dus veel uitleg gemist en dus dure trip

The trip was well organized. After each stop, we were boarding a different bus, but there was always there someone to give us infos and to make sure nobody got lost on his/her way. However, I did not like the fact that Pompeii is the last stop. Because it rained the day we were there, the acces to the Vesuvius crater was not open, we lost around 45 minutes waiting, we went to Herculanae (2,5h), then we went back to Vesuvius (around 1h40'), and, sadly, we got to only stay for less than 1,5h at Pompeii. To say that this is not enough to see Pompeii is an understatement. I do understand that this was not in the organisers's control, but I think it would have been better to have the start and more time guaranteed at Pompeii. We liked especially Carolina. She was especially kind, knowledgeable, well organized, she kept us informed all the time:) Most of the stars to her!
