Beautiful experience. Easy to buy the tickets (didn’t have to stand in line), enter the Duomo and spend some time praying. Thank you

Estuvo bien pero caro por simplemente "pasear" por la catedral. (Estamos acostumbrados a visitar iglesias i mayormente son grautitas) La suma de las entradas + audioguia resultó caro pero provechoso. Supongo que tratandose del Duomo de Milan, tocava pagar de más.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at Doumo Milan. During my visit, I felt that I was subjected to racist abuse and was sworn at by members of staff. The way I was spoken to and treated was completely unacceptable and left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome. Regardless of the circumstances, customers should never have to experience discriminatory or abusive behaviour from staff. I expected a professional and respectful experience, and unfortunately that was far from what I received. I would strongly urge the management to investigate what happened and take the matter seriously. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable returning.
