I paid for a full visit but the old Palace is closed. You should buy your ticket directly from the Palace entrance. Cheeaper and there is no line up.

Penso non sia giusto aver pagato il biglietto per visitare il castello e poi il gg dopo ricevere una mail in cui mi veniva comunicato che il castello non era disponibile per la visita. Avrei dovuto avere un rimborso. Profondamente delusa

Pensaba que era otra cosa. La audioguia funciona bien pero era muy larga y mucha explicación. La organización en general me pareció muy complicada

We reached the castle and tried looking for the white and blue umbrella, but to our disappointment, we couldn’t find the right person. There were other guides with same umbrella and not belonging to get your guide. We had to run across looking for the guide to exchange the mobile tickets to a paper one.After 1 hour of looking finally we found the guide , it is a very bad experience. Inspite of following all the instructions, the process is a nightmare.
