Instructions online say to bring headphones but it doesn't say to bring Bluetooth headphones. We did not, we bought wired headphones thinking we were going to plug into an audio device given to us. It turned out the audio device is one you have to scan. Due to the poor internet service, we were only able to use one cell phone to scan, the other cell phone was on a different service and would not download the audio tour so that was a waste of money for that person. The instructions are not spelled out very well that this is an audio toy. You have to download on your cell phone and use Bluetooth headphones.

The introduction was too detailed while we had not seen anything yet.

We had an excellent tour guide who gave us information about the cathedral, basilica and the old palace prior to our entry. I didn't get his name, but an intelligent young man who relayed the info in an interesting way. The cathedral was crowded with tour groups; can't be helped, it's a popular place. We arrived at 10:30. Perhaps an earlier time would have been better. I read the info rather than listened to the audio guide. Very informative. Definitely worthwhile to visit these places!
